    Error accessing the second page.

    Any time I try to access the second page of the "Technical Support [Beta] (Z-Wave PC SDK)"
    forum I get the following error;
    "Oops! There are either no posts or due to a filter there are no posts to display."
    The problem is I know there are missing posts (I am assuming that they would be on the second page) and I don't have any way of filtering posts other then the search option.

    Eric: that's really weird.  I don't think that any posts are missing, and I'm not sure why it says there are 2 more.  I guess this is what we get for not building our own forum software :)

    In the technical support forum, we will retire posts which relate to features or bugs which have been remedied or added in new builds--and we automatically e-mail the poster to let them know that we have done so.  So, for the new Tag property on the Z-Wave PC SDK, we removed the old Tag object thread when we updated the build--and included that in the release notes.

    If this isn't working out, I guess we could create a "resolved" forum where we could move old threads for 30 days before deleting them, or something like that.

    I had not read my mail before reading the forums so I did not know that the tag thread had been deleted.

    I don't know about moving a thread that is resolved, but I would mark it as resolved and leave it for X days. This should avoid any confusion in the future.

    I would move the thread and leave it for a while. This way people who don't check the forums daily can know that the issue did exist and that a solution was found.  This way the user can take proper actions for determining if they are experiencing the same problems.

    That's what we'll try to do.  Eric, Squintz: I agree 100%.

    Thanks!
