We have upgraded the forum software, which is hopefully a good thing. 
A few highlights:

Editing posts in Internet Explorer 7 should now work.

QUICK REPLY -- you can reply to messages easily.

We can now move threads to the proper forums.
There will be more changes coming to the forums in the next few months, including an updated authentication system (which will combine the login from the forums with the rest of the site). Stay tuned...
