Hello I have a Vizia RF RZC0P-1LW, however I noticed now there is a new page for the Vizia RF+ version (there is still the Vizia RF page in their "legacy" section). Are these the same controller? I assume yes since it is the same model number but wanted to make sure. I'm having trouble with getting the RZC0P to recognize changes made at the switch for my Vizia RF and RF+ dimmers. I have gone through the process of setting the associations through the advanced menu when using my VRCPG as a primary controller, and everything seems to take, but nothing happens afterwards, no status updates. When I use CT and my ThinkStick, I can add the RZC0P as a controller, but can not set up associations. I have tested the RZC0P using HyperTerminal and the ASCII protocol and I can controll lights, poll them for status successfully, but I can not receive updates automatically.
I have the basic TE, not the pro, so I don't know if that is my problem, but I thought I should definitely be able to set the associations with the VRCPG. When reviewing some of the Worthington Distribution documentation on setting up the controller with TE, it says that after I add the RZC0P, I should be able to right click on it and select "Set as Vizia RF Network Interface". Is this only available on the pro version?
Finally, can we still upgrade to the pro version on this website, I just always get redirected to asi or smarthome when I click on the purchase links, and they only sell the full package.
TIA,
Dave
