I just updated my computer, and hadn't been using my ControlThink USB controller. Today I decided to go take a look again, and realized that, I have the controller, but no software. I looked in my "downloads" folder, checked for a CD-ROM, and checked my application that keeps my passwords, and I can't find the software. I used it when I first got the USB stick, and didn't realize that the PC had to be on to control the Network--so I continued to use my HA07 Master Controller.

Can I buy the software without having to re-invest in another USB stick? Or, is there some advantage to having more than one USB stick?

I see that there is other software that will work with my controller, but the chioces are limited and the prices are high!

Sorry it's taken me awhile to answer your question.  Did you have TE installed on this machine before?  If so, you'll still have your license key.  Send the file "Application.xml" in your \ProgramData\ControlThink\ThinkEssentials folder to support@controlthink.com, and I'll retrieve it for you.

No, it's never been on this machine--this is a new machine, and my old machine was wiped clean and re-installed for my sister...

That's the problem. I can't find my media or license, just my Control Think USB controller...

Without any other information on your order, I'm afraid there's not much we can do on this end.  You're going to have to re-purchase the software through one of our distributors. 

So. how do I find some place that will sell me the software only, since I have the USB stick? I see that it is always bundled!

As of right now, we only have bundled offerings becuase that is all that ContolThink offers at the moment.
