I included controlthink as a controller device in my network (shows up as a RS232 device).  Anyway, now when I try and update my routes from the RZCPG hand controller, it stops at the controlthink device as indicates "not found".  I can "update controller" fine using the RZCPG with controlthink as a device.  I have controlthink running when I try and update the routes from the handheld unit.  Any help as I've added some new modules and I don't think the programmer is finishing the route routing because it gets stuck at the controlthink contoller unit.  Thanks.  SJ

Anyone?????  Guess I will delete the device and reinstall after I've updated routes.  Not the best solution...

What kind of Z-Wave adapter are you using on the PC?  Also, are you in direct range of the PC's Z-Wave adapter?

The one that came with the version of ControlThink Professional.  Model ZWUSB100-US.  The remote is right next to it!  Should an "update routes" on the RZCPG work with controlthink?  I'm using the RZCPG as my primary controller at this point (and don't want to change that right now).  Thanks for your help.  SJ

To be more specific, when I run the Ntwk Rediscovery tool on the RZCPG (has the latest firmware to control Vizia RF+ devices), it can't find this node.  Normally it would complete the process and then ask to update the controllers. 

Thanks for your help via private messages, but I guess there is no solution?  Not sure I can use thinkessentials if I have to delete the node everytime I want to update my routes via the RZCPG!   SJ

Well, I finally gave up and removed it from my network and the RZCPG works fine now.
