Whenever you put out a new build you always include Misc. Bugs. Is there anyway to get a list of these bugs that you are finding and fixing? I'm still working with the same customer I have been working with for a long time now and she still complains of strange behaviors in the software. I'm never around to see how she manages to make the application fail so I can't give you much detail on recreating the problems. I'd like to have a list of bugs being fixed so I can compare them to the symptoms.
The one problem that stands out the most to me is that frequently things are doubled. For example the other day she called and said that all of her scheduled events were doubled. So somehow there were not two of everything. I've seen it for my self. There was also a time that all of her zones were doubled. One of the latest issues was that her floor plan magically disapeared but all the lighting icons where still in place and her schedules were doubled. She is also complaining now that when she clicks a light to turn it off the light bulb stays yellow for a long time instead of updating instantly.
I think it would be nice if you could let us know what bugs you are fixing so we can confirm them.
