Z-Wave PC SDK - Girder and "Geting Started" help

    Hello..

I have recently purchased the SW and attached USB interface but I have a hard time geting started. I can not find any basic documentation on the library and all functions included in it. My intention is to integrate with Girder that I use for controling my home including security system, X10 based controls (to be changed with Z-wave devices), full entertainment system distributed in the house (audio and video). In the Z-Wave world and the ControlThink SW I am a newbi but I know C++ and I know LUA scripting that is used with Girder. My questions are:

    1. Where can I find minimum a "Get Started" documentation
    2. Has enyone else done a integration with Girder and if so do you have a plugin for Girder?
    3. I am living in Europe (Norway). I have seen posts in this forum that indicates that the attached USB stick is not compatible with European Z-Wave devices due to a difference in RF frequency (868.42 MHz in Europe). Is this correct? If so which comericaly available USB interface (European) is supported by the SDK?

    rgrds O
