I would prefer a motor that can fit in the headrail of the blind. There are many options for tilt or raise/tilt, the blind would be sent to a shop where the headrail may have to be changed to fit either a tubular motor and take-up reels or a tilt motor. Then the Z-Wave option would include using a Z-Wave enabled controller from ESI or RS Scene Automation for what would most likely be a low voltage motor. I hope this helps, but I would advise against doing the add-a-motor unless cost is a big factor, it makes more sense to me to have everything contained in the headrail.
