Maybe I'm doing this wrong, but I downloaded the ThinkStick Update software, and when I open it, it doesn't show any connected devices. Same results when I try on a desktop with the same ThinkStick. The ThinkEssentials software detects the stick just fine, and that all works good.

Okay, that worked. I also had to uplug my ThinkStick and plug it back in with the program open. Turns out I had 4.30 firmware already :) Thanks.

I just bought TE and ThinkStick and ThinkStick Update is not showing my ThinkStick either. I have downloaded the version referenced in this forum as well as unplugged and plugged my ThinkStick back in. Am I missing something simple here? Chris Carlson

My thinkStick is not showing up in the update app as well. I've tried everything above. Any help?
