    Zwave Dry contact controller?

I would like to be able to use a dry contact of a third party device (ie. Speakercraft MZC Amplifier) to be able to activate a Z-wave scene.

Does anyone know of the existance of such a device?  The only thing remotely related that I have found is a door/window sensor offered by Hawking.

    Please Help

    Thanks,

    Dana

It would be zwave equivalent of X10 Powerflash Controller.  Does not exist yet to my knowledge.  Second needed device would be equivalent of X10's UM506 Universal Module having both continuous and momentary contact, possibly even chime.

To all of you who need it, keep bombarding Intermatic, Jasco/GE and ACT to develop it.  I was actually thinking to hack my old X10 modules with Zwave module, but I am not EE.  Perhaps someone else would figure this out and post some solution for us.

     Thanks in advance.

IIRC, the door sensor actually has a set of terminals inside the case that can be used to generate z-wave events.  I doubt however that TE is anywhere near supporting it.

Hopefully it will work like a 1 scene controller.... I'm ordering one to play with.
