    Hi,

    I recently came across an advertisement for a Wayne-Dalton Zwave USB adapter (model WDUSB10) bundled with ThinkEssentials.

    What is the difference between the Wayne-Dalton Zwave USB adapter and the ThinkStick adapter?

    They both look very similar (other than color/graphics).  Any advantages of one over the other?

    I have some Intermatic, Leviton and Wayne-Dalton zwave modules, and want to expand my control over them with a PC interface.  I was thinking that the Wayne-Dalton Zwave usb adapter might be more compatible with my modules since they are from the same brand?

    Hi maspar,

    ThinkStick comes with a bunch of extras: ThinkStick Update; full 64-bit compatibility; Vizia RF 2-way support; royalty-free support with the Z-Wave PC SDK.  We're working on some other extras for the future as well.

    Our software is also compatible with the Wayne-Dalton stick--it's really up to you which Z-Wave adapter you'd like to use.
