    SDK v1.3.0.7 - VRF01 reports the wrong level in the LevelChanged event.

    I think that the VRF01 LevelChanged event reporting the pre-change level rather than the new level reappeared in V1.3.0.7.  It was working pretty well in V1.3.0.6.

    I'm seeing the similar behaviour with the Beta 1.3.0.15.

    Setting the level to 0 from a higher level will result in a LevelChanged event with an incorrect value.
    Hardware used is a Sylvania Model SH50330 plugin dimmer.
