Can ControlThink SDK and Homeseer talk to each other?

I recently purchased the ThinkStick and SDK in the hopes of accomplishing the following:

I run Homeseer on a single "host" computer that is connected via the internet to (mulitple) remote client computers.  I use the (Homeseer/Stipus) plugin to run scripts on the Remote computer...  this allows me to do such things as run IE explorer or other programs on the remote computer based upon a Homeseer triggered event.

I would like to install the ThinkStick on the remote computer along with a PIR zir000 (and eventually a z wave controlled door entry lock and other z wave devices).

I hope to use the SDK develop an "interface program" so that when motion is detected at the remote location, notification can be passed back to the Homeseer (host) computer  (via the current remote scripting capability?).   In turn, Homeseer should be able to trigger a z wave device event at the remote site (ex- unlock the door).

I seems possible that a C# or VB program can be written to reside on the remote computer and "poll" for a status change on the remote PIR and create the appropriate message back to Homeseer...  and then conversely receive a "message/trigger" from Homeseer and translate it into something recognizable by the ControlThink SDK  to cause the z wave device action?

Hopefully this makes sense.  Any suggestions / feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    - Bob
