Restore Floorplan and Network Settings Doesn't work

    Restore Floorplan and Network Settings Doesn't work

    Hi,

    I have about 40+ devices and did a floorplan of my house, saving multiple backups along the way in version numbers.  I tried went to make ControlThink the primary controller and it wiped out my floorplan and network settings (no deviecs found).  I tried restore and nothing shows up (multiple times) quite frustrating.  How do I get my floorplan and network devices back?

    rlb2,

    What is your current Home ID?  What was your previous Home ID?

    Also, could you PM me with your network settings file?  There were certain limitations to the restore in v2.0 which aren't in v2.1--and this may be one of those cases...

    FYI I just installed 2.1 beta and no restore happened.

    Update:

    Ok I tried the disaster recovery of the network and that failed, However it did add the right HomeID into ControlThink.  I tried a restore and the floorplan came back but no devices.  Whew, floorplan took forever, so How do I get the devices back?

    Just to confirm: you have not reset any of the devices in your network, correct?
