Hi Chris: I love my ThinkStick, but does it work with RZCOP-1LW, the Serial controller for use with the HAI OmniPro II? I can't get the ThinkStick to recognize it. If the RZCOP is bad, I need to get a warranty replacement. Help?
Is the serial device on another network already? If so, you'll need to add your PC into its network. We're working on a way to set up the device via ThinkEssentials in a coming update as well.
[Just for reference, you can't add a device in another network to your current network--you have to reset it first if that's your goal.]
