I know at this moment it's a big no-no, but would it be technically possible to port SDK to run on those tiny Linux devices such as Linksys NSLU2?
It's fully functional server in a tiny box, tiny power consumption, and with huge community that does wonders with them: http://www.nslu2-linux.org/
making it to run different server applications replacing their big fat PC with this box.
Resources-wise it got weak CPU and little memory, but people managed to squeeze even SlimServer (everybody heard of Squeezebox, right?), which is by no means a little application: it runs MySQL, webserver, and a complex data streaming + DSP application.
