    Hi, I have downloaded the new ThinkStick Update program to get to 4.25 but when I run it, it can't see any usb zwave sticks.

    I have the HA22 with a sticker saying SW V4.22.

    I have tried 2 computers too.  Both can run ThinkEssentials and control the lights I have so the usb stick is installed OK.

    Hi leggatt,

    ThinkStick Update is a program which updates the firmware in our ThinkStick Z-Wave USB Adapter.  It can't update the firmware in any other adapter, including the Intermatic HA22.
