What are the pros/cons between the two devices?  I currently use the HA23, but if there's additional benefits or features with the ZWUSB100 I'd consider upgrading.

Note that HA22 and HA23 are the same device -- different packaging.

 Yes,  speed being the number 1 reason for me.   My ThinkStick with the current firmware is much faster than either of my HA22 controllers.

Thanks, I appreciate the answer.  I just ordered yesterday and haven't received the device yet.  Also, even though I ordered one it helps in case others have the same questions.
