Well, it's officially 2008 today.  This year, we at ControlThink have a lot of resolutions and new exciting products in the works for 2008.

What are your electronic home improvement (i.e. HA) plans for 2008?  Or if you prefer, other forums-appropriate resolutions?

My plans for 2008, ordered by highest to lowest priority:

1. Beef up my alarm system by purchasing an Elk M1 Gold, serial expansion module, and Leviton RZC0P (waiting for Elk to add 2-way support).
2. Add more Vizia RF light switches.
3. Add Z-Wave door/window sensors.
4. Upgrade to ThinkEssentials Pro and ThinkStick.
5. Finally get a handle on my InTouch CA9000 PIR, using new capabilities of ThinkEssentials.
6. Hack a Z-Wave door/window sensor to monitor the limit switches on my garage door.
7. Retrofit a couple of window blinds with a Somfy motor and ESI's DBMZ
   
8. Obtain and start tinkering with the Z-Wave .NET Micro SDK, with an eye toward battery-powered, remote sensing, possibly using SJJ Micro's Embedded Development Kit, and a Z-Wave serial dongle.
